If you want to uninstall Steam from your Mac computer, you have two options to execute it.

USING THE MANUAL METHOD
Open the Finder window on your Mac computer.
Click on the Applications option under the Favorites section.
Locate and select the Steam app under the Applications section.
Right-click on the selected Steam application and click on the Move to Trash option.
Alternatively, click and drag the Stream app to the Trash folder.
Now, click Go > Library > Application Support > Steam.
If you want to delete the Steam application completely from your Mac computer, select and right-click on the Steam folder.
Click the Move to Trash option. Alernatively, move the Steam folder to the Trash folder.
Similarly, if you want to uninstall Steam but don’t want to delete the downloaded game files, delete all the files stored in the Steam folder, except the “/steamapps” file.
Finally, empty the Trash folder to complete the uninstallation process.
USING THE APP CLEANER AND UNINSTALLER
Open the Applications window.
Locate and open the App Cleaner and Uninstaller app.
Select the Steam app on the opened application screen.
Click the checkboxes beside all the files of Steam.
